DIVERSITY: MICRO-INEQUITIES

 

A half day programme which addresses the strategies that help create a more inclusive work environment and help prevent behaviour and processes that discourage and impair performance.

Examine what micro-messages are and how we create an impression of ourselves, how others receive that impression
Examine the self-fulfilling prophesy (perceptions, labels and actions) and how it affects us
Examine why we accept negative micro-messages and how to stop this
