Judith has an MA (Hons) degree in Modern European languages from Edinburgh University. After graduating she worked in public relations for five years, responsible for a diverse array of accounts (fmcg, blue-chip, and industrial) within agencies and for the in-house PR of a large financial corporate (formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells). Thereafter she set up her own export sales and marketing consultancy servicing UK industrial clients' representation throughout Western Europe.

In 1992 she entered the field of training, joining a specialist management skills training organisation and concentrated firstly on educational training programmes before graduating on to management skills programmes.

In 1997 she moved to Pune, India and in 2000 STaRT Consulting, the pan-India specialist training division of Glenrowan Consulting Pvt. Ltd was established. Glenrowan Consulting Pvt. Ltd's parent company is London-based Phoenix International (UK) Ltd.

With her international background, Judith has been able to bring a global perspective and method of operating to the clients she works with in India. Combined with this is her understanding of and adaptation to local working practises and psychology, developed over many years working with Indian clients in sectors ranging from BPO and IT to manufacturing and financial services.

Michael Trigg, Director, Phoenix International (UK) Ltd. and Chairman, Glenrowan Consulting Pvt Ltd

After completing a four and a half year Short Service Commission in the British army (13th/18th Royal Hussars), Michael worked in the City of London for Charterhouse, an investment bank. He spent six years with Proctor and Gamble, which is where his career as a trainer began.

In 1981 he joined MaST, one of the leading training companies in the U.K. Michael's experience as a trainer covers a broad range of industry sectors including retail, automotive, investment banking, music, head hunting, construction, property and petroleum. His clients include BMW, British Aerospace, Clerical Medical, Chevron Oil, Citibank, Hill Samuel Asset Management, ICI, Lehman Brothers, Marks and Spencer, Polygram, J Sainsbury, Schroders, Sony Music, Total Oil, Tate & Lyle, Virgin Records and others.

With 18 years of training experience and an ever-widening skills base as a result of his continued professional development, Michael established Phoenix International (UK) Limited in 2000.

With Phoenix International (UK) Limited as our parent company and Michael Trigg as the Chairman, Glenrowan Consulting Pvt Limited and in particular STaRT Consulting is able to benefit from a wealth of experience in and knowledge of the training industry, as well as continual updates on training material, international training methods and practices. Combined with this is STaRT Consulting's understanding of and adaptation to local working practises and ways of thinking.
